Fitmama Strong Durham Love…
I join Fitmama Strong Durham when my little one was about 4 months old and it was amazing, Jen is very knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive. She is always aware of people's body limitations and provides options for different fitness levels without judgment!! I've also done stroller strong classes and what an awesome experience to be outdoors and moving. 100% recommend it!
Once I no longer could go in-person, I started going Online. Which is a great 'me time'. Even though it's all virtual, it’s still a great outlet for me to focus on what I need! Jen, Sue and the rest of the team are fantastic instructors!!

Updating in 2024! 2 years later and I am on my 3rd mat leave, loving the stroller fit outdoor classes and indoor baby-wearing classes during the Winter. Jen has great energy and it's a highlight of my week to get moving and socialize with other Moms. I cannot say enough good things!
The perfect pandemic workout option! Fitmama Strong Durham is an amazing community of women. The in person stroller fit classes are challenging and so much fun and the online classes are also a great workout and easy to fit into my schedule. I'd highly recommend Fitmama Strong for anyone who is post-partum and looking for support and motivation.

I can't say enough good things about Fitmama Strong Durham and the whole community. Jen is such an amazing instructor, with the biggest heart and the greatest workouts.
I have been attending classes for almost 3 years now; from the Prenatal Fitness, Babywearing Fitness to Express Online classes. The right class is there for every step of your journey and with lots of modification options provided, any skill level is truly welcome. If you can snag a spot to the Stroller Strong classes, I highly recommend them. Great for meeting other new moms.

I signed up with Fitmama Strong Durham having my first little one, and it has been a great experience! I did the stroller class, community walks in the fall, and her baby wearing class. Jen is hilarious, helpful, and friendly- and best of all she gives you a great workout! She can tailor things to your needs and keeps an eye on your technique. I tried an online class as well and it was awesome. Both times I signed up for the in person classes I have had access to the online platform as well which is great value. Her classes will have you feeling upbeat and strong. Thank you Jen!

I am so grateful and appreciative for my experiences with Fitmama and the whole team there. From my prenatal class to their online classes now, they've made it so easy and fun to be active. They're always adding new classes, new routines, and they make them so fun to attend. Thank you to Sue and Jen for offering such a thoughtful space that makes me work hard!
