FITmama Strong DURHAM OWNER: JENNIFER ROGERS
As the proud owner of Fitmama Strong Durham, Jennifer helps women achieve their personal wellness goals and promotes healthy birth experiences for new and expecting moms. With over 20 years in the health & wellness field she brings extensive experience in group facilitation and public speaking, and is skilled in providing enhanced learning and fitness experiences for her clients.
As a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Jennifer has been teaching prenatal Lamaze classes for over 15 years to families across Durham Region. Her background in Adult Education, Group Facilitation and Public Speaking ensures that your group or private series is fun and informative. She is well known for her sense of humour and past participants often say that attending her classes was the highlight of their week! Jennifer is also a certified Birth Doula with DONA International and feels privileged to provide labour support to the families she works with. She is one of the Co-Program Directors for the Institute of Childbirth Educators.
She regularly attends workshops and courses to ensure her knowledge regarding fitness and healthy birth practices for the childbearing person, is current.
Most importantly, she is also known as Mom to two busy, growing boys Ben & Jakob.

fitmama strong OTTAWA OWNER: SUSAN
Susan is an accountant turned fitness professional and has been running the Fitmama Stong Ottawa location for over 13 years, after being a member herself for a few years. You’ll most often find her teaching the evening Express classes and our Prenatal Fitness Class. Her favourite workout styles are tabata or stability ball workouts that work up a great sweat. She has a son and a daughter and enjoys playing volleyball in her spare time.
KIMBALINA
Kimbalina was a regular at Mom & Baby Classes when she decided she’d like to join our team! Kimbalina enjoys playing team sports and being active. She’s the mom of two littles - a son and a daughter, and together with them she helped build out on-demand workouts while living overseas for a year. She’s back in Canada, so you’ll see also see her live, teaching daytime Express Classes.
DIANA
Diane is a Durham region Fitmama Stong member who has recently joined our online team. She’s a mom of one adorable little and loves outdoor adventures. She has a number of years experience teaching group fitness classes at the Goodlife, so you know that her workouts will be fast paced and fun! You’ll see her live on your screen at our daytime Express Classes.
