On-Demand Workouts

In addition to Live, Online classes, we have a great On-Demand library of pre-recorded workout videos. We add to our on-demand content library on a regular basis. The great thing about these videos is that they’re still your favourite workouts, but you can access them at a time that’s right for you! We have over 80 pre-recorded videos in our collection to choose from:

  • Stability Ball and Loopband workouts

  • 10, 20 and 30 min workouts

  • Kid friendly workouts

  • Baby-wearing workouts

  • Stretch and mobility workouts

  • Recordings of some of our live, online Express classes

  • A series of 6 progressively more challenging classes

We have a selection of workout types for you to choose from: HIIT, Loop-bands, Strength, Core and Stability Ball, just to name a few! We continue to add new videos to our library regularly.

Access to our content library is available with the purchase of our Unlimited Class Passes and is included in all of our Stroller and Babywearing in-person class passes
