  1. Live, Online Express FLOW classes

  2. On-Demand Prenatal Fitness and Prenatal Yoga Workouts

  3. Guide to Prenatal Exercise and Wellness

  4. A 6 Class Series of On-Demand Prenatal Exercise, including weekly topics (Coming Soon!)

All of our Prenatal Exercise options focus on helping our pregnant members improve muscular balance, cardiovascular endurance and core stability. We want you to feel more energetic and strong during your entire pregnancy and we know that fitness plays a big role! We also know that active and healthy pregnant people go into labour with an advantage that helps them endure the physical demands of labour & delivery.

Our programs are created so that our members can do them at any stage of their pregnancy. We provide modifications and alterantives to help alleviate some of the discomforts you may be feeling as you move through your pregnancy. We encourage everyone with an uncomplicated pregnancy to move their body right up to your delivery, as it’s not only recommended, but provides the stamina, strength and mental focus required during labour and delivery.

We can’t wait for you to #startwithus and #growwithus!

Do you have questions? We have answers!
