Welcome to Fitmama Stroller Strong! We’re excited for our spring series of classes

Each Fitmama Stroller Strong class is a 45-55 minute full body workout. We use loop bands, tubing, benches, body weight and strollers to keep you moving. This class is suitable for parents and babies who are at least six weeks old. Running is optional and only recommended for those who have met recommended postpartum recovery benchmarks and have a strong desire to move in this way. There are always ways to progress your workouts and make them more challenging when you’re ready!
Weather Policy:
Our Stroller classes will run rain or shine, however they will be cancelled in the event of Thunder or Lightning at the time of the class and the class will be rescheduled. Keep in mind that most weather predictions do not pan out or are over by the beginning of our class. No make-up classes are offered should you opt-out due to weather. Classes hosted live from our virtual studio or our on-demand library are a great way to catch up on any missed in person classes.
We want to encourage all of our members to stay active more than once a week, so we’re including the following with your class pass:

$139+HST
Your online pass is valid from April 14th-June 7th 2025 and includes membership to our Live Online classes. You have unlimited access to all of our online experiences for the duration of this period.* That’s 8 weeks of unlimited online support in addition to your in-person classes.

Willow Park: Purchase this pass and get 6 in-person FITMAMA STRONG Stroller classes (May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5 2025) your pass also includes an 8 week membership to our virtual, live-streamed 30 minute classes (Express Strong, Express Elevate, Express Flow), as well as our Content Library of pre-recorded workout videos!

Your pass includes UNLIMITED ACCESS to LIVE Online classes while your pass is active. Schedule 1-2 Virtual classes each week to build strength & stamina ($100 Value).
Access our On-Demand Content Library while your pass is active. There are over 80 pre-recorded workouts you can access. ($50 Value)
Access our Free FITMAMA STRONG App to schedule, reserve and access our live online classes and on-demand library
Please Note:
Unused/Missed classes or sessions are at the sole discretion of the user- there are no refunds or make up classes offered in the event you miss a class due to illness or a scheduling conflict. We offer our On Demand Library & Live Class options as an alternative.
Refunds must be requested prior to April 21st 2025 (7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SERIES). All Refunds are subject to a $25+hst administrative fee regardless of the nature of the request. No refunds if you have attended an online class prior to the start of the series.
In the event a class is cancelled by FITMAMA STRONG DURHAM (due to illness/weather or similar circumstances) a make-up date will be offered at the end of the session for the same time, day of the week & location.

MEET YOUR TRAINER: Jennifer Rogers
Hi! I am Jen Rogers, owner & operator of FITMAMA STRONG Durham. I have been offering classes & services to families in Durham Region for over 15 years! I wake up every day so excited to be able to work with such an amazing population.
I know how hard it is to manage the day to day demands of babies, toddlers and teens! Learning how to incorporate regular exercise while balancing the needs of everyone else is super challenging. But I promise, if you stick with me we will create some pretty amazing habits that will help you manage the ups and downs of life.
With over 20 years of experience in the field of health & fitness I have a lot of tools in my toolbox to help you reclaim strength & confidence in your body during the postpartum period & beyond.
I am a lover of spontaneous dance parties, peanut butter& chocolate and hot cups of tea. I am also a mom of two teen boys. I can’t wait to welcome you to a class and the FITMAMA STRONG Experience.
